This Fairtrade blend from organic farming is, as the name suggests, dedicated to our roasting hometown. It combines three high-quality Arabica varieties from Ethiopia, Guatemala and Mexico. The balanced interplay of the country specific aromas results in a nutty-sweet cup with little bitterness. Reminiscent of red grape on the nose, the playful fruit acidity eventually leads to delicate nougat on the finish. The coffee is Fairtrade certified and grown by Fairtrade producers.
