Don Domingo
Tasting Notes
Description
Don Domingo is smooth, mellow, and deeply satisfying. Soft caramel sweetness takes the lead, wrapped in rich chocolate and a touch of red grape juiciness. The finish is gently citrusy, like a spoonful of marmalade, adding a subtle lift without sharpness. It’s an easygoing cup—comforting, balanced, and endlessly drinkable. Don Domingo is named after Domingo Torres, a former miner turned award-winning coffee producer. Together with his wife Saray, they transformed their lifelong savings into El Roble farm in Norte de Santander, Colombia. This Castillo lot is grown with the same care as his champion Gesha coffees — resulting in a clean, balanced cup rooted in dedication, craft, and partnership
