Tasting Notes

Description

Located in southwestern Mexico, the Chiapas region boasts a highly contrasting terrain, alternating between coastal areas, valleys, mountains and tropical forests. This diversity creates a unique climate, which shapes the Mexican terroir and its exceptional coffees. The natural decaffeination process consists of soaking Whole Beans in water to eliminate caffeine while preserving their aromas. The result is a well-balanced cup with notes of chocolate and caramel.
