Tasting Notes
Description
Finca Entre Caminos, established by Fernando Contreras in 2012, is a family-run farm located 16 kilometres from Marcala in La Paz, Honduras. Situated at 1,700 metres in the Montecillos mountain range, the farm benefits from ideal conditions for high-quality coffee production. Initially started to diversify the family’s agricultural livelihood, Entre Caminos has grown under the care of three generations. Fernando and his family focus on sustainable practices, cultivating Icatu and Catuai alongside fruit trees and herbs, fostering biodiversity. The farm reflects a philosophy of connection, linking family heritage with modern coffee traditions.
