From the green-covered mountains of Bensa, in the Sidama region, producer Basha Bekele Butusha has taken specialty coffee to new horizons, combining coffee heritage, innovative processes, and a deep respect for the nature that surrounds him. In 2024, his work was celebrated internationally when he won first place in the Ethiopia Cup of Excellence with an exceptional lot. Even so, his journey towards perfection in every cup continues.
