ONE. ESPRESSO PROCESS BLEND
Description
In this new blend, we have decided to use coffee from just ONE producer and from just ONE country, Honduras. We decided to use just ONE botanical variety, Catuai from just ONE production region, one small piece of land. We decided to work with just ONE producer, Marisabel and Moises Caballero from Finca El Puente. Four different processing methods are used for this blend: washed, natural, semi-anaerobic, and anaerobic. This approach showcases the evolution of coffee processing and taste profiles within Honduras, highlighting the expertise of the producers. This blend is designed to offer complexity, intensity, and a balanced acidity and sweetness, creating a truly unique espresso experience. It reflects the advancements in coffee production globally and the specific know-how present in each origin country. We chose this blend to tell the story of espresso, offering a comprehensive experience of coffee's journey from bean to cup.
