We proudly present Nestor Lasso's coffee, an excellence from our Reserve Collection, personally curated by Francesco Sanapo. This fine single-origin coffee belongs to the Sidra variety and grows in the lush Colombian lands of the Huila region, at an altitude of 1900 meters above sea level. The coffee cherries are carefully harvested and manually selected, a meticulous process that guarantees only the best fruits for our collection. What makes this coffee unique is its natural processing method, which gives the bean a wealth of unparalleled flavours. Finca El Diviso, a 6-hectare family farm, is managed by the father, Mr. Jose Uribe, and his sons Nestor and Adrian. Wanting to inject modernity into ancestral practices, brothers Nestor and Adrian trained in the city. Upon their return to the farm, they applied the fruit of their learning and innovated by proposing new ways of working with natural practices and new processes.
