LA ESMERALDA – EL SALVADOR
Tasting Notes
Description
Why you might like it Body and sweetness are the successful ingredients of this coffee. To call it sweet is truly an understatement, I would almost say cloying with a blueberry note and an initial acidity attributable to that of a redcurrant. Definitely even more evident if extracted with an espresso method. Medium/high body, excellent structure and a decidedly juicy and syrupy mouthfeel. Final notes of caramel and cocoa that pamper the palate and make this coffee balanced from a taste perspective. For those who love milk-based drinks, it is the ideal coffee. A coffee that never tires you.
