Niguse Gemeda Mude, a coffee farmer from Sidamo, won Ethiopia's first COE in 2020 with a high score of 91.40. He cultivates coffee on 3 hectares and other crops on 10 hectares, producing 15,000 kg of red cherries every year, which are naturally dried on African sun beds.
