Description

This coffee from the prestigious Elida farm, produced by the Lamastus family in Boquete, is a Catuai processed using the Natural Anaerobic Slow Dry method. The cherries, fermented in oxygen-deprived airtight tanks, then undergo a slow and prolonged drying process, allowing for optimal aromatic maturation and great complexity in the cup. A clear and elegant cup, marked by the bright acidity of blackcurrant and pomegranate. Touches of white flowers bring finesse and freshness, for a delicate and fruity coffee.
