Here, the unique Pink Bourbon variety is cultivated with care and expertise by José Elcias Martínez Guzmán and his wife, Francy Helena Inga. Though he left his coffee-farming roots to work as a bus driver across Colombia, the call of the land brought him back two decades ago. Today, alongside Francy, José manages the 10-hectare El Casino farm, dedicating half of it to cultivating premium coffee varieties like Caturra, Pink Bourbon, Gesha, and Tabi. But coffee isn’t the only love in José and Francy’s life. Their compassion extends to the many abandoned dogs they’ve taken in over the years, providing a loving home to these animals in need.   Roast Philosophy Our coffees are roasted to shine both as filter brews and as competition-style espresso.
