Producer and Process Info Producer: Teodolfo Lopez Farm: Los Naranjos Region: Salado Blanco, Huila, Colombia Altitude: 1750–1800 masl Variety: Caturra Process: Washed – Double Fermentation Fermentation: 140h whole cherry, then 120h in mucilage Drying: 10–12 days in greenhouse Taste Description Orange blossom, jasmine, panela sweetness, tangerine, mature red cherries, long and sweet finish Backstory Teodolfo left Cauca in the late 90s in search of stability and built a life around coffee in Huila. With time, he transitioned from volume to quality. Today, he not only produces expressive microlots like this one, but also mentors others in the region.
