Run by the Peterson family, it has a reputation for producing exceptional coffees and have won the Best of Panama numerous times - most recently taking 1st in all 3 categories: Geisha Natural, Geisha Washed and Varietals. This is the second Pacamara we've had from HLE this year. The 3BANC, is also a natural. It's unlike the geisha that they're most well known for, but shows the depth and breadth of the incredible coffees they produce and has a unique flavour profile. In the cup you can expect flavour notes of wild strawberry, root beer and floral.
