Yirgacheffe Gotiti from Qima Cafe

Description

This Ethiopian coffee offers clarity with charisma. Grown in the heart of the famed Yirgacheffe region—where coffee cultivation is part of daily life—it’s sourced from the Banko Gotiti washing station in Gedeo, a place rooted in generations of traditional, organic farming. Cherries are handpicked by smallholder families, meticulously sorted, and sun-dried for 21 days to preserve their natural sweetness and structure. Crafted from indigenous heirloom varieties unique to Ethiopia, the cup opens with blueberry jam sweetness, lifted by tropical pineapple and softened by jasmine florals. The result is a clean, fruit-forward cup: bright, floral, and beautifully poised.
