Gilberto Baraona is a well-recognised coffee producer in El Salvador for his ability to continuously produce high quality specialty coffee. His vast knowledge in building state of the art wet and dry mills meant that his own facilities on the top of the Tecapa volcano is world-class. We have been working with Gilberto for 8 years now and every year, his coffees just get better and better. He has received accolades for being placed highly in the national Cup of Excellence competitions. His son, Diego has taken over the operation of the farm since Don Gilberto passes away from Covid-19 three years ago.
