Over the years, he expanded through three regions in Boquete, ensuring rich soils with organic nutrients and a good microclimate. It wasn't until 1996 that they started working with coffee. In 2020, Jose Luis Chevas took over and, together with Adrián Villareal, founded CHEVAS COFFEE ESTATE, an experimental coffee farm that was born with the idea of innovating coffee processes using yeasts, bacteria, and enzymes in fermentation to enhance its main attributes.
