From their own mill, <strong>Santa Fe</strong>, founded in 2018, they process coffees from their farms—including <strong>Finca Cuatro Vientos</strong> (1,650 masl, 6 ha)—and support small producers in the Santos region.</p> <p data-start="372" data-end="711">They mainly cultivate <strong>Catuai and Caturra</strong> at high altitudes and carry out a wide range of processes, from honeys and naturals to experimental fermentations. Their approach combines tradition, innovation, and family work, positioning them as benchmarks in Costa Rican specialty coffee.</p> <p data-start="713" data-end="910" data-is-last-node="" data-is-only-node=""><strong>Finca Cuatro Vientos</strong>, managed by <strong>Solsiré Solís Cordero</strong>, represents the new generation of the project, committed to quality, sustainability, and cooperation among producers.</p>
