Hadeso from Market Lane Coffee

Description

This coffee comes from Ethiopia's Guji region, where around 500 small-scale farmers, each working tiny plots of land, grow coffee with deep care and a sense of tradition. Many families farm organically, tending their trees by hand and bringing their harvests to the Hadeso washing station, run by Testi Coffee. The Guji landscape is rich and fertile, with cool temperatures and high elevation creating ideal conditions for the slow ripening of coffee cherries. This slower pace produces denser beans, full of sweetness and complexity. In the cup, this coffee is floral, with a sweetness that speaks to both the unique environment in which it is grown, and the dedication of the families who cultivate it. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
