We named this coffee Clementina, after Jhoan's grandmother. Clementina is a coffee from the Vergara family, who first started their farm in 1990. Today, it's run by siblings and fourth generation coffee producers Jhoan and Carlos, who each handle different sides of the business alongside their small but capable team. We visited the brothers in Colombia in 2023, and still remember the sweetness of their coffee.
