Julian Calderón
Tasting Notes
Description
Beautiful representation of the Colombian Gesha from the younger member of the Calderón family based in Huila, Colombia. This is our second time featuring Gesha from Julián through our friends at LaREB (La Real Expedición Botánica) project who enable us to access some of the finest coffees in Colombia. Big citrus and juicy stone fruit notes in the taste, bright citric acidity and high fruity sweetness with delicate floral aroma. Elegant coffee with great juicy mouthfeel. All coffees are roasted to be enjoyed as both filter and espresso. Producer: Julian Calderon Origin: Colombia Region: Palestina, Huila Altitude: 1800m Process: Washed Variety: Gesha Harvest: November 2024 Exporter: La Real Expedición Botánica Importer: La Real Expedición Botánica Taste: Delicate, floral 125g of whole coffee beans.
