Colombia La Maria Sidra Natural Omni
Tasting Notes
Description
La Maria Sidra Natural Omni When we first cupped the coffees from Orlando and Emilsen’s La Maria farm a few years ago, I remember we were completely blown away. I also remember they had different processing methods of the same coffee. We couldn't decide, so we bought the honey, natural and anaerobic. This year we couldn’t decide between two varieties that they grow: the gesha and the sidra. So we bought them both (: Both are natural processed and both varieties showcase their classic signature flavors of very sweet black tea with extra honey. The gesha is already on the line and has notes of orange jam and strawberry lollipop. This sidra is more floral and has notes of honey and strawberry. Whichever one you pick, you will not be disappointed!!!
