We've been working with Wilton's coffees from his project - Finca Paraíso 92 - ever since our founder Ian one of his Pink Bourbons to win the UK Barista Championship last year. Since then, we've been amazed at Wilton's work, and have taken his coffee to 2 subsequent World Barista Championships, using a Yellow Bourbon from him in Ian's milk course to take 6th place this year. This Castillo reminds us of strawberry lollypop, raspberry, vanilla and passionfruit. Makes for an exceptional espresso, and a delicious filter.
