Grown at 1,353 meters by 13 producers in the Danu village of Da La Pin, this natural-processed Catuai delivers standout notes of cherries, coronation grape, and black tea. The village’s name—meaning “palm tree”—reflects its unique highland landscape, where palms are an unexpected but striking feature. With a short but impressive history in specialty coffee since 2018, Da La Pin continues to shine as a vibrant addition to the Shwe Taung Thu cooperative’s growing legacy. 250g bag.
