Esther's story is one of passion and ambition. Driven by a desire to see her children thrive and contribute to their community, she has dedicated herself to mastering the art of specialty coffee. In 2025, she set herself on a journey to deepen her knowledge of harvesting and post-harvest techniques, a commitment that in the quality of her beans. The unique terroir of El Mirador, with its volcanic loam soils, abundant rainfall, and consistent temperatures, provides the perfect conditions for growing exceptional Caturra.
