NAPOLEON ARMERO – COLOMBIA
Tasting Notes
Description
Why you might like it
If you love finding more body in Colombian coffees, in addition to the evident fruity notes, this is your ideal coffee. The direct orthonasal enzymatic olfactory note of ripe strawberry is impressive. Upon tasting, almond and hazelnut notes clearly emerge, adding value and providing the right balance in the cup. The initial malic acidity intensely recalls apricot; then it evolves into sweetness on the taste buds, evoking exotic fruits and transporting you to a unique sensory experience. Closing your eyes and sipping this coffee, you'll feel like you're in a tropical paradise, where mango, papaya, and pineapple are the absolute protagonists. The mouthfeel is juicy and satisfying, while the aftertaste stands out for its elegance and cleanliness, with a brief persistence, just the way we like it. An exclusive and carefully selected coffee: the farm has only two hectares, cultivated exclusively with Caturra and Chiroso botanical varieties. The owner, Napoleón, at 72 years old, together with his wife, chose quality over quantity, dedicating his life passionately to coffee. Here, tradition and meticulous care merge with the new era of specialty coffee. Processing takes place exclusively using the natural method, to minimize water consumption and achieve excellent results while fully respecting the environment. This is not a coffee: it's an experience.
Identity Card Country: COLOMBIA Region: NARINO Farm: EL SAUCE Variety: CATURRA Altitude: 2090 masl Process: NATURAL Notes: STRAWBERRY, NECTARINE, ALMOND, TROPICAL FRUITS Recommended extraction methods FILTERMOKAESPRESSO Weight 250g or 1000g package with degassing valve and zip closure.
