LA GOLONDRINA – COLOMBIA
Tasting Notes
Description
Why you might like it The Castillo botanical variety grown in this region fully expresses the characteristics of its cultivar, meeting the expectations of those familiar with this territory. The roasting has been calibrated to enhance its aromatic sensations. We describe this coffee as appealing and charming due to its great sweetness, predominantly in the brown sugar family. It has a high body and flavors reminiscent of vanilla and biscuits, with a decidedly sweet note of milk chocolate. The initial, elegant, and pungent acidity recalls apple, offering a "magical acidity." A highly respected Colombian coffee, easy and pleasant to drink at any time of day.
