The pleasant and gentle, yet floral aroma and the subtle acidity inherent in the coffee beans create a deep and rich flavor.<br/><br/>Although this coffee uses a processing method called "Anaerobic Washed", the finished product has a very traditional flavor profile, so we have accurately labeled it "Washed".
