Bambito [Yellow Catuai Natural]
Tasting Notes
Description
From the heights of Panama, this naturally fermented Yellow Catuai from the Bambito farm offers a rich, expressive cup. Its aromatic profile reveals juicy cherry notes, a lively touch of orange and a silky-smooth milk chocolate finish. A sunny, gourmet coffee, the signature of the Panamanian terroir. Bambito Estate Bambito Estate Coffee is a family-run business located in the Bambito mountains, in Panama's Chiriquí province. Handed down since the early 1900s, it is now run by the fourth and fifth generations. The farm lies between 1,660 and 1,800 meters above sea level, between two national parks, benefiting from microclimates ideal for growing coffee. Bambito has its own greenhouse to preserve coffee varieties and a tasting room for quality control and visitor reception. The farm uses coffee by-products as organic fertilizer and is committed to providing a healthy, sustainable working environment that respects the earth.
