Description
Solis & Cordero, a family-run Costa Rican coffee project led by Iván Solís and Leandra Cordero, combines decades of farming expertise with innovative processing techniques across their high-altitude farms - most recently Finca Voo - to produce coffee ranging from traditional processes to experimental fermentations. This lot has undergone a 48-hour fermentation before being rinsed, pulped and fermented for a further 24 hours in tanks before the drying phase. All of our coffees are roasted on Loring coffee roaster each week on Tuesday before dispatch on Wednesday. We recommend resting our coffees for at least 3 weeks for the best results. Please note this can also mean you may receive coffee that has gone through a resting period. We dispatch all of our orders on Wednesdays. For the UK we use Royal Mail 24h service. For outside of the UK we use a tracked international service, at an additional cost, which will be added at checkout. The cut-off deadline is the 11:59pm on Mondays.
