PNG PNG
Tasting Notes
Description
Finally, a Papua New Guinean coffee is here again. Fan of sweet and classic coffee? PNG PNG is your perfect fit. This exquisite coffee hails from the Bena region in the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea, where it is cultivated at altitudes ranging from 1400 to 1900 meters above sea level. The unique combination of altitude, climate, and soil conditions creates the ideal environment for producing coffee beans with exceptional flavour profiles. PNG PNG is processed using the washed method. A technique involves pulping the coffee cherries, fermenting them, and washing them thoroughly to remove any remaining impurities. The beans are then sun-dried, allowing the flavours to develop and intensify. The Arusha and Blue Mountain varieties contribute to its distinctive taste profile. Expect a delightful symphony of nutty pistachio, sweetness like nougat, and fruity grapefruit notes. A harmonious and balanced cup that will amuse your taste buds.
