Our third time purchasing this field blend of small producers from the San Antonio Huista, each year we roast it a little lighter. First featured in facility, then running as a house filter - this year's crop has landed first and we're featuring it as comfort roast single origin. One of the joys of this coffee has been its versatility - classic Guat acidity at a lighter roast, but plenty of sweet sugary flavours & high grade nut/praline to match.
