Tasting Notes

Description

We've always been fascinated by the flavours that can be created when you bring two great things together. For Midnight Harvest, we rested coffee beans from Brazil in a Speyside whisky barrel for two weeks. During this time, the beans absorb some of the character of the cask. The result is a coffee that's wonderfully rich and complex. You get all the chocolatey, nutty goodness you'd expect from a coffee from this region of Brazil, complemented by a smooth, oaky finish reminiscent of single malt. We think this is the perfect coffee to serve after dinner with dessert, or any time you want a brew that's a little out of the ordinary.
