Developed through extensive testing, this blend offers classic Brazilian flavors such as chocolate and brown sugar, with a balanced acidity of tangerine and cherry. Every season, Bruna and Emma taste harvests from a variety of producing regions to select the best fit for Nova's profile, which can be replicated each year. This year, Sul de Minas stood out, and they chose premium 17/18 screen size beans for roasting uniformity and consistency. Sourced from smallholder farms, using traditional natural methods, this blend perfectly showcases the region's top quality.
