Mariano Nolasco manages Finca Gosen in La Pilas, Honduras, at 1,500 meters above sea level. His Anaerobic Natural process enhances fruit characteristics, resulting in a coffee with notes of cherry, blackcurrant, banana, and exotic fruits, defining Finca Gosen as a rising force in specialty coffee.
