Luis and Mario Fernandez, second-generation coffee producers, manage a 7-hectare farm in Calama, Bolivia, at 1,450 to 1,550 meters above sea level. Their parents started the family's coffee journey, and today the brothers continue with a blend of tradition and innovation. Luis's agronomic training enhances their ecological stewardship and seed quality. They grow Catuaí Rojo and Caturra, known for clean, balanced cups. During the June to August harvest, they selectively pick ripe cherries, using the washed method for clarity. Their practices reflect Bolivian highland terroir and a commitment to quality.
