About the farm Hacienda Barbara Los Brujos, nestled in the volcanic highlands of Boquete, Panama, is a renowned coffee farm led by Hunter Tedman and Linda Arauz, dedicated to sustainable practices and meticulous cultivation for producing exceptional specialty coffees. Innovative processing methods, including yeast fermentation at the Beneficio Bajareque plant, enhance their unique flavors. As the third farm of Hacienda Barbara, Los Brujos lies at the base of the south face of Baru Volcano, sheltered from winds to create a tropical rainforest climate in the remarkable Potrerillos region. At elevations of 1,200 to 1,800 meters, it benefits from fertile volcanic soil, cool temperatures, consistent rainfall, and lush forests that foster biodiversity, enabling the growth of premium varieties like Geisha and cementing its status in Panama's specialty coffee scene.
