Moe Htet Estate
Description
Rooted in research, guided by two agronomists, a farm balancing knowledge and care: raisin sweetness & a cacao finish. As Myanmar’s coffee scene continues to develop, we’re drawn to the clarity and character emerging from this origin. We look forward to continuing our exploration here, and to showcasing producers like Kyaw, whose work reflects the potential of this origin. Nestled at 1,080 meters in Naung Cho, Shan State, Moe Htet Estate, also known as Sinoda, is a 200-acre farm led by Kyaw Hlaing. The farm is rooted in research with support from agronomists U Kyaw Wan He and Aung Hleing Phyo, the estate integrates decades of agricultural research and fieldwork into its cultivation practices.
