This lot comes from Koke, a washing station just outside Yirgacheffe town in Gedeo Zone. The area is known for producing some of the most distinct washed coffees in Ethiopia. We selected this coffee for its clarity and delicate structure. It offers a bright, refined cup that reflects both the place and the people behind it.
