Variety: 75158 Process: Natural Anaerobic Region: Sidamo Altitude: 2226 masl Tasting notes: Blueberries, tropical fruit and jasmine Producer information: Daniso Horsa grows coffee in Damo, Shantawene (Bensa district, Sidama), where Sidaamu and Amharic languages predominate. The environment is lush and communal, but the work is demanding: caring for the coffee trees, waiting for flowering, and hand-picking only the ripest cherries. In addition to Damo, Daniso manages another farm in Faficho, Bombe Kebele. Bombe coffees stand out for their density, small beans (gauges 14 and 15) and a greater presence of the Mikicho variety, related to Gesha. These lots are recognized for their notes of tropical fruit and delicate floral nuances.
