Mitawa
Roasted by JBC Coffee Roasters, US
Description
Another zinger from Tanzania! This washed microlot is from smallholder farmers contributing to the Mitawa AMCOS (Agricultural Marketing Co-operative Society) washing station in Ruvuma, Mbinga, Tanzania. Microlots from Tanzania are traceable to the washing station level and are selected based on their cup quality. This particular lot was isolated out as top lot due to its high quality. We think this coffee is vibrant and fun with tasting notes of dried mango, pear, cardamom, zingy red fruits, apple, bubblegum and chocolate.
