Tasting Notes
Description
About Farm: Las Brujas Estate has grown to become Kotowa’s most prestigious coffee farm, renowned for its consistent excellence and multiple award-winning performances at the prestigious Best of Panama competition. Nestled in the Potrerillos region of Chiriquí Province, the estate benefits from a privileged high-altitude location offering sweeping panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. During the rainy season, the mountains are often shrouded in an enigmatic mist, which inspired the name "Las Brujas" (The Witches). About Variety: Chakira is a new coffee varietal meticulously selected by Kotowa from Ethiopian heirloom cultivars and is now cultivated at their Las Brujas Estate.
