Yoiner Mosquera Natural
Tasting Notes
Description
Very clean and juicy take on the Colombia Rosado with anoxic fermentation in cherry. Big tropical fruit notes, vibrant acidity and slightly creamy mouthfeel. Fantastic clarity and expressive tropical fruit and red berry notes, orange like acidity, very high sweetness and great texture in the cup. Our second time featuring Rosado from Yoiner Mosquera based in Palestina, Huila. This time as an elegantly clean Natural processed style. This Rosado lot from Yoiner is a great example of the reason why we keep exploring the Natural processed lots through our friends at LaREB project who enable us to access some of the finest coffees in Colombia. All our coffees are roasted for both filter and espresso.
