Tasting Notes
Description
Peaberries. Look at these greedy little freaks. They’re like your spoiled friend growing up who never had to share a room with a sibling- spatially entitled, autonomous, well developed, and flourishing for it. I resent them a bit. Oof, let's get back on track. There doesn't seem to be much science at the moment supporting the idea that there is anything uniquely special about the development of peaberries resulting in a better cup of coffee. It's more likely that the additional layer of quality control in screening out peaberries from the rest of the crop simply helps maintain a level of standards that was already producing great coffee at that farm or mill. Blah blah blah.
