Description
Sometimes you have a coffee and just think “yeah, this is right.” This is one of those coffees. You know what I mean- that moment where you experience something so ideal and you know all is just right. The sun is beaming down, and you’re floating on the water, drinking in the sunshine and crack open an ice cold beer. A cozy night in, surrounded by your closest friends sharing a laugh that will echo into eternity. That kind of “right”. There is plenty of interesting information about Lalesa and Ephtah, and the great news is that we have an anaerobic on the horizon from them, so we’ll have the chance to share all of that. For now, just know- this is one of those coffees. * Slow-dry natural processing: Sorted, cleaned & dried in cherry on raised beds, under a special greenhouse roof to extend the drying process over 20-25 days
