We can’t get enough of Sebastian! He’s back again, and this time we’ll be releasing two different processes of his expertly grown and processed gesha. Up first is the natural- the last two releases of Sebastian Gomez we’ve done have been of the more funky and experimental ef2 processing, which is characterised by an absolute explosion of wide-ranging flavors. Comparatively, the natural is a departure from the flagrant funk of the ef2, but more than makes up for it with clarity. You can expect the same rich and syrupy red fruits, balanced by a sweet tea backbone and a long finish. Be on the lookout for a quick run of the ef2 in the near future!
