Mr Blue Sky
Tasting Notes
Description
What's that up in the air? No, noo that's not a cloud that looks oddly like Willem Dafoe, it's Mr Blue Sky of course! Our latest brew 🌞 White Grapes | Floral | Black Tea | Bright This tasty lil organically grown washed lot comes from the cherries of approximately 400 smallholder farmers near the Danche Washing Station in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. The owners of the washing station, SNAP Coffee, provide equipment to newly built schools in the region, construct new roads in less accessible farming areas and have plans to build clinics that will improve healthcare access for farmers in washing station areas. You can expect a sweet, clean profile with bright white grape florals and notes of black tea. This distinct flavour profile has been categorised by our export partners, Nordic Approach, as ‘Samii’ in the Oromiffa language, which translates to blue/sky. PS YES we know it's more lilac here!
