A coffee bean dried with the fruit intact, offering a gorgeous aroma and a sweetness like ripe fruit. You can also feel the flavor of strawberries. It is said that it was shipped to the world from the Mocha port of Yemen, its neighboring country, which is why it is still affectionately called Mocha today. This coffee is harvested in the Yirgacheffe region of southern Ethiopia. Ethiopia is said to be the birthplace of humanity, as well as the birthplace of coffee.
