The finish is enhanced by a touch of vanilla, making this coffee simply extraordinary when it comes to natural sweetness. Even today, I wonder how one can add sugar to certain coffees. This one, in particular, is perfect for those who have never tried a true specialty coffee: it is the ideal starting point to discover a world completely different from commercial coffee. I would define it as an elegant coffee, also thanks to its medium body. It must be tried to truly understand what these words mean. It is produced by a small farm in the Oromia region, where the climate, with its significant variations in temperature and rainfall, contributes to the development of coffees with complex and high-quality aromatic profiles.
