HAMBELLA – ETHIOPIA
Tasting Notes
Description
Why you might like it This coffee comes from a rather large farm, about 13 hectares, located in the Oromia region. What can I say... it's a very elegant, very fragrant coffee with a decidedly fruity profile. It truly resembles the much-loved spring, with its perfumes and floral notes blossoming in the cup. The main notes? White peach and apricot, absolute protagonists of this sensory experience. It is perfect for those who love elegance, delicate aromas, a low body, and a clean aftertaste. The final note of tangerine gives a very pleasant persistence, which fades gently: as in wine, this is synonymous with high quality. The Earl Grey tea note on the nose is also surprising: truly unique and fascinating! I remain convinced that Ethiopian coffees, especially washed ones, are those that best suit this season of the year.
