EL TESORO – NEW CROP – COLOMBIA
Tasting Notes
Description
Why you might like it A coffee that we have defined as "balanced", thanks to the perfect harmony between acidity, sweetness and bitterness. The initial acidity recalls blackcurrant, which then evolves into sweetness with notes of ripe fig. The slightly bitter finish brings back hints of brown sugar and caramel, for a complex but always pleasant result. With a medium body and a very versatile profile, it is ideal for those who love chocolate notes but do not want to give up a light acidity. El Tesoro is also the symbol of the vision of its producer, Don Jorge, who dedicated his life to coffee. The farm hosts a nature reserve integrated into the plantation, demonstrating attention to the environment and the care that is clearly perceived even in the cup. To drink and rediscover several times throughout the day.
